About us

Operators.
Engineers.
Builders.

01

We never compete against vendors.

Maintaining our position as an independent third party means we strictly avoid any conflicts of interest. We do not build or sell the commercial solutions we are testing. Instead, our sole focus is on partnering with commercial companies to help them objectively prove their software's capabilities to the government.

02

We build scalable products, not services.

The Department of War is moving fast to procure commercial technology, and traditional consulting engagements simply cannot keep up. That is why we deliver plug-and-play evaluation products rather than one-off, customized services. We firmly believe that if the government is buying an off-the-shelf solution, the evaluation used to test it must be off-the-shelf as well.

03

We apply uniform testing
across the board.

To ensure fairness and enable true comparability for government program offices, we apply the exact same evaluation and reporting standards to every system on a contract. By guaranteeing a completely vendor-neutral evaluation, we build the essential trust required to deploy products into mission-critical environments.
