Kharros is built by a San Francisco team of former DoD contractors, space operators, and applied ML engineers. Our founders cut their teeth in the SDA TAP Lab, DIU programs, and Space Systems Command, where the stakes were measured in seconds, not months.

We combine deep backgrounds in aerospace, benchmark design, cryptographic signing, and IL5/IL6 deployments with prior startup exits and operational SDA experience. The result is a team that understands both how to move fast and how to meet mission-critical thresholds.

Technical Screen
You’ll solve problems directly tied to our mission: AI evaluation, data reliability, or orbital events. No puzzles. No fluff. Just the work. One session with our engineers and operators. Expect to defend your code, your reasoning, and how you handle uncertainty under mission pressure.
